Pokemon let s go tier list smogon. The goal of this list is to rank every pokémon in unova in one of the six tiers from s to e each vaguely determining its viability. A team is actually the most efficient in terms of utility per team member if it only consists of a single member. A pokémon that is efficient provides faster and easier solutions to major battles which include gym leaders elite four members and n and ghetsis at the pokémon league than ones that are inefficient.
Lgpe ou aims to create a mostly balanced metagame within the limited framework that the lets go games give us. Overused approved by om leaders. Yes lets class pokemon through what pokeball they can be caught in. This metagame is based off of the normal rules in game which notably does not use boosts from. Spending an hour to catch one pokemon with negligible advantages if any over pokemon who do not require any time investment starter eevee kaputops etc is the antithesis of efficiency. However this tier list will assume a team size of around three pokémon.
Smogons tier list is made by people who have played competitive pokemon battles long enough to know the metagame inside and out whereas you probably dont even know what a metagame is. The major factor under which each is ranked is efficiency. The reasoning for this is the fact that all competitive players on this website use that tier list for all battles. What will differentiate these tiers from smogon tiers is that these tiers are not based on usage but on usability. Thus it is senseless to make an unused tier list that is made from people who lack a true understanding of the meta game. Otherwise the list would be extremely centralized around starters and early game pokémon while everything else would be too crappy to use.
